This table shows the racial demogarphic data for Ezra Gerry's neighborhood blocks at West Zaragossa and West Wright Streets. The "Overall Results" section represents the aggregate data from the 1900 and 1903 Pensacola City Directories and the 1903 and 1907 Sanborn Insurance Maps. The "Adjusted Results" section represents racial consistency of ownership and rentier ship for 1900 and 1903. The data in this table is adjusted to not include "N/A" results.

The results of each data is represented by the the demographic total of 1900 and the demographic total of 1903, separated by a slash. For example, "Black 12/10" in the "Overall Results" of the West Wright Street block indicate that there were 12 black homeowners and renters in 1900 while the number dropped to 10 in 1903. The respective, compared Sanborn maps are represented by the square parenthesis beside each block's result.
