| Description/Context: | A stand alone editorial cartoon featuring the large hand of ‘Fiesta Week’ plucking the bureaucrat from his desk which is covered with projects (the day’s routine, waterfront planning, city-county complex, legislature, politics, and taxes) to carry him off to the Fiesta of Five Flags. The cartoon shown is the original but has been altered for later use by the addition of “Pensacola’s positive attitude” pasted over the “Fiesta Week” writing on the hand. |
