One cartoon features the hand of ‘woodshed philosophy’ holding ‘Pensacola’s juvenile hoodlums’ by the neck of their clothing; the other cartoon features a bloody knife ‘Pensacola’s delinquents’ on a stack of papers marked with causes such as lack of family discipline, not enough hard work, inadequate juvenile facilities, over-protection, and softness in the courts.
