Description/Context: Accompanying the editorial ‘Neglected Legacy’ noting the neglect in Pensacola to its historical sites and buildings unlike other municipalities who are building on their sites to promote tourism, pride, and recreation. The cartoon features the tattered figure of ‘Our Neglected Landmarks’ peering over the shoulder of Mr. Pensacola at his ‘plans for the future’ while Pensacola pushes him away.
