Description/Context:	Accompanying the editorial ‘Are They Striving To Operate Empire?’ decrying the Santa Rosa Island Authority’s decision to defer transferring beach property to the Seashore unless their ’14 questions’ have been ‘satisfactorily resolved’ – a setback given the Escambia County Commission’s decision to abandon its lawsuit to return decision-making about Santa Rosa Island from the SRIA to the Commission. The cartoon features a representative of the SRIA standing upon a prostrate figure representing ‘the people’s land.’
