Description/Context:	Accompanying the editorial ‘Consider All Aspects Before Passing Laws’ noting the opening of the Florida Legislature and the issues facing state government. The cartoon features a dazed Tallahassee Bureaucracy being confronted by the issues of budget, jobs, tax reform, consumer buildup, roads, the big business lobby, and education. The original cartoon is shown, but was reworked for June 16, 1974 with a dazed ‘West Florida Taxpayer’ and the issues changed to budget, jobs, tax burden, promises promises, inflation, roads, and education.
